The customer service offered by the staff in this branch was very helpful. We were in a hurry to get the flight, and while taking the money out, my wifes debit card got stuck at HSBC ATM for a while and released but the money got deducted without dispensing. We called the bank and they guided us to this branch, they were almost closed and the related staff already left. We spoke to the manager there. He took the initiative to help us. He took all the necessary details and said he will file the complaint the next day. We were so relieved and left. By the time we came back the money was credit to her a/c. Unforgettable help. These kind of staff make the company proud. This is good bank with many ATM's and lot of branches. We never had any remarks against it.
