Shawarma on a grill plate is the worst way to get introduced and to enjoy the real Shawarma.

To be the best Shawarma in town means you have to make it on a big skewer, and not on a grill plate. I understand when restaurants use grill plate because their Shawarma orders vary through out the day and they can't keep a Shawarma skewer on.

But if you are a Shawarma only specialized place, then YOU HAVE to use skewers.

Shawarmama has one skewer and mainly does most of the Shawarma orders on a grill plate not on a skewer, that's what their employee told me and what I saw from my own experience.

I'll be straight and fair. If you crave the real skewer Shawarma, this restaurant is not for you.
