i visited this place for the first time 2 weeks ago, location wise its good and you can find parking
what i liked about the place that its a bookshop inside a coffeehouse, its great for people who enjoys reading in a quiet place, i didnt like the menu at all, nothing special
its a coffee place their hot drinks must be exquisite its so lame!,
i dont recommend this place for groups bigger than 3 or 4 people, because its so small
voices might be all over the place!
Marvellous food and efficient service. Beautiful ambience with soft background music. We came on a Saturday afternoon at 2.30pm, 6th June. Overall I’m satisfied with the food and its promptness to be served at our table.
One thing lacking though, unfortunately, is the customer service which came across to me as not very welcoming. Don’t want to mention names, but one of the staff (she was the one who ushered us in and also the one who was at the cashier when we left), was not welcoming.
It would have been a more pleasant experience if she had greeted us with a smile instead looking as though we were not welcomed. Maybe it’s because I look like I come from her country.
It was apparent that the other diners were non-Asian unlike me, so maybe that was the cause of the lack of friendliness. The waiter who served who was a local, was very nice and friendly though.
Overall, keep up the good food and ambience, however do brush up on making ALL customers regardless who they are, feel welcomed. We pay to give you business and not come to eat for free of charge. Thank you.
Nice place and setting.. but VERY overpriced for the quality of food. Grilled salmon had a funny (horrible) taste.. chicken wrap was tasteless. No Sandwich costs less than 9++ JDs.. I think they should reconsider their prices!
