Downtown seems ideal for quick business meetings as this is their main clientele as far as I can tell, but for me it's just a great place to unwind after a long day, whether with a cup of tea or a meal. The menu is exhaustive, and includes everything from sandwiches and Asian food to pizza to great looking desserts.
Prices are a little on the high side generally compared to similar cafe/restaurants, but average compared to hotel restaurants; most main courses are about 80 dhs. I ordered a minestrone soup (excellent), club sandwich (standard, good, filling serving), a scoop of vanilla ice cream (although the dessert display did look good) and a cup of tea. Total was around 150 dhs with tip. Service is very efficient.
Smoking allowed; alcohol served. The Sheraton has some parking next to the hotel, more behind it.
