Saffron is a huge restaurant, very well-spaced out, with the buffet laid round the outside of the room. There are lots of live cooking stations, and plenty to choose from. On my last visit it was far eastern theme. I have also been to their brunch, but this was over 1 year ago.
I found the food really tasty, and enjoyed the noodle station. I found on the Friday Brunch, the drink selection was very poor (but could of changed since) just wine and beer available, and both were horrible. During the week there isn't an all-inclusive with drinks, but you can purchase alcohol at an extra cost.
I found the service to be very good. The staffs were polite and helpful. The restrooms were located just outside the restaurant, and were very badly maintained. I found the actual restaurant was a bit tatty, considering it hasn’t been open all that long. The carpet was worn, and not stuck down properly in places.
I thought the prices were good for the quality of the food, and if you have the Entertainer you can have 2 for 1. 30
