Worst food you could ever eat in your life. And I'm not being unfair, I gave this restaurant 3 chances and it failed every single time. I couldn't even swallow the fatteh, which is supposed to be their specialty, it was bitter and had an awful after taste! They should taste the food before serving it to people! And they need to hire a new chef! The concept is nice but they put too many tables which makes the place crowded, and we went for iftar in ramadan and they wanted us to get out of the restaurant as soon as we finished eating because they wanted to prepare for the "sahra"! That was the rudest thing ever. 1 star is even more than this place deserves, I just gave it to them becuase the owners wife came to our table and asked for our opinion, so it's for appreciating her effort, I told her my opinion and she took it gracefully :D
Best studio in amman, Ask for Osama, very helpful, patient and generous photographer! He'd do whatever you ask for and more, very good quality printing and video recording of your special events. He documented my wedding, my sister's wedding and my friend's wedding and all the pics were perfect. He has a very easygoing and humble personality and he holds some very creative ideas, and he's HONEST that's not easy to find. He'd also give you advice on your other arrangements. Great service, great person, I'd recommend him to everyone!
I love this mall! Primarily because it's new, clean, spacious, and has a new selection of shops, restaurants and cafes. It's airy and has a nice decor with a nice aquarium in the center behind the main lift which extends up to the 2nd floor. It is conveniently located so to someone living outside of the main island it's quite near, about a 15 minute drive, and parking is always available, It has a lulu department store so at last we can say bye-bye for carrefour airport road! It has many shops that are new/scarce to abu dhabi like matalan, the deal, tchibo prozente, lakeland for baking and cooking supplies n utensils, wendy's, tim horton's fredirick's of hollywood, and many more. It also has a lot of favourite shops like promod, la senza, charles n keith, sparky's theme park, mc donald's, applebees, bricco cafe, sharaf DG, daiso and many many more. You should go check it out :D
The staff is very friendly at the Wahda mall branch, 2 very handsome young men LOL, Price range is a little over priced yet the quality of the clothes is worth it, you wash it over and over and the clothes still look new. Very trendy designs, comfortable clothing, and each time you visit the store there are always new items.
If you want to look fashionable and trendy, shop at banana republic, a bit more expensive than most of the shops that sell the same generes of clothing but when you go there you'll know why, better materials, cuts and styles... they have AMAZING shoes and accessories and very friendly staff
I personally like the baby gap and gap kids better than the adult clothes. Jeans are 100% cotton very comfy but they wont last long if you wear them often, they sag, fade and the fabric gets thinner/prone to tearing if you wear them often. Pj's and business wear are of better quality than the casual wear. Not expensive, but not cheap either.
I live in khalifa city A and I have to thank God for this place! Great atmosphere and great food without having to drive all the way to abu dhabi! When the wheather is good, you can sit outside and you'll see the beautiful yas hotel with all it's colourful lights right infront of you, and if there was a race at the circuit, you could hear the thrilling sound of the race cars! The menu is rich and diverse all different kinds of food, beverages and desserts, and you could go there for breakfast, lunch or dinner or just coffee. The problem is that everyone in khalifa city wants to go there especially after work, so it's usually crowded in the evenings thus the service is quite slow, but that's the compromise you have to make if it's only a 5-minute drive and a 2-figure bill :)
Okay this is THE BEST indian restaurant in abu dhabi (period) The food is out of this world! SOOOOO very delicious! I could literally fast before going there to eat as much as I can :P
And as the other reviewer said the complimentary drink they serve you is too good to be true heheh. But it is quite expensive. It has a quite, intimate setting with a beautiful warm wood ceiling and low reddish light's, perfect for celebrating a special occasion :)
I really like this restaurant! Delicious vegetable samosas YUMMYYY, great biryani and not expensive! The staff are very friendly and they'd explain the menu to you with a smile if you were clueless about Indian food.. It's clean, nice setting, good food and good portions make it a good alternative to the more pricey indian restaurants like indigo and ushna... I say it's worth giving a try and probably becoming a regular if you like indian food :)
I love Tchibo! I never thought I'd ever love an outlet shop but they have amazing products that you cant find anywhere else! I got a holder for my blow-dryer now I no longer have to leave it on the floor :D, I got a cookie cutting and imprinting set, and and amazing display vintage frame, cushions, birthday candles, vegetable brushes, ice-cream spoons, plush toys, towels and even clothes for very very cheap prices (maximum 50 dirhams per item) and superior quality! Oh and the best thing i got was an egg boiler for only 40 dirhams! I go there whenever I'm at khalidiya mall to see what new items they have
Warning: Don't go there on national holidays or school holidays! We went there in february and there were holiday's here and in many of the neighbouring countries :) so the place was packed! 35 minutes waiting in the queue to get our entrance tickets although we went there before the place actually opens! We waited in line for almost an hour to try each ride, only got to try 4 rides in 9 hours! The formula rossa was out of order- and the g-force ride didn't open until 4 pm and we waited for 2 and a half hours in the queue to try a ride that only lasts for 30 seconds! We ate at the Rosticceria Modena it's the cheapest and the food is good, we had shawarma, pizza and other snacks. I like that they have a breastfeeding room, it was very convinient because i forgot my baby's bottles at home! But they had closed the lift and the room was on a very high fleet of stairs, so i just removed the barrier and used the lift because there was no way I would carry my baby and his stroller up the stairs!
I wasn't satisfied with the experience and felt like i wasted my money to try 2 lame rides and 2 cool but very short rides! Yet I think it should be better on quieter days
