Have been to this salon several times, it's new, clean and spacious. 5 girls working just for mani-pedi, it's not that hard to get an appointment. Staff is professional, polite and friendly, services are good. The only thing I didin't like is that when they say you'll get aromatherapy massage they use olive oil, I guess. Other than that I must say I enjoyed their services, especially mani-pedi, very good quality, as well as full body scrab or Moroccan bath. Place is easy to find, parking is always available.
I have been there 3 times so far and must say this is a very good spa salon. Once I tried Moroccan bath there, it was my first time which I consider very important - If the impression is good at the first time you are going to like it and vise versa. I liked it a lot. The lady was polite and considerate not to hurt my gentle skin. I did classic mani-pedi there as well, and one time paraffin mani. They have the right to call the salon "spa and wellness", as they have jacuzzi bowls, massage chairs, use scrabs and massage your feet up to the knee. They use OPI and Essie products, which are the best. You feel like a new-born baby after the treatment you receive from "Beauty and More". The location is good (Shobra Bldg opposite Lifeline Hospital) and not hard to find parking. Their pricese are reasonable and quite often they make various promotions, once you leave your mobile number you'll get sms from them. This is very important for me and adds one more point to the place.
This is a very hospitable place having professional and very friendly staff. It is conveniently located close to "KM Trading" in Khalidiya, in "Safeer Flowers" Bldg. I have been there several times and every time enjoyed time spent there in warm atmosphere as well as impeccamble results. Girls doing mani-pedi are wonderful, my nails stay groomed for long time. I tried some other salons but no one could outperform them. They are good and fast at their job. Common nailpolish stays quite long time without chipping off. I have also seen a bride there that came for make-up and I loved their work. It was not that heavy Khaleeji one that we are used to see here in this area, but so beautiful! I have always been offered to drink something there and before Eid they had home-made cookies, dates, chocolates on the coffee table in the waiting area and insisted we try everything :-) This is the place you definitely want to go back to and I highly recommend it.
Yesterday It was our first time to have a meal at this place and probably the last. Guys, this place calls itself a restaurant, but it is even worse than any fast food establishment, trust me. They occupy nice area at Abu Dhabi Mall, have their own terrace, but the food is so basic, I swear. We ordered spaghetti carbonara and another seafood dish with black pasta plus a caesar salad. The main course laked any Italian flavor, it actually lacked any flavour, even sault. My impression about spaghetti carbonara is that they just boiled pasta in water, then opened a can of cream, poured over pasta, stirred and voila! The same thing about the other dish. Caesar salad .. the ready made dressing you find in any supermarket is much better than at Il Forno. I wanted to have ice tea, got it. It was 50/50 diluted with water! Lipton one in a can is much better and cheaper. Total waste of money, believe me, any Italian fastfood place like Sbaro is much-much better. Customer service is also not that good, the waitress brought for us the cutlery and just dropped close to the edge of the table, didn't bother to place it in front of each one of us... The supervisor, however, was very patient to all our complaints, and even asked us to write all our negative experience to the owner, which I of course did. I woudn't recommend Il Forno, doesn't worth the money at all, for the same amount we dined recently at "Chilli's" and enjoyed it indeed!
We are regular customers at this kids apparel store, they always have great variety of childrenwear both for boys and girls from birth up to 14 years. French style which looks so good :-) It is not cheap, I must admit, but definitely woth the money, plus they make offers froom time to time even on new collections, and of course big sales thrice a year I guess. I left my phone number there and once they launch new colletion or start sale I am immediately inofrmed even before they put the banners on the store windows. Staff is good and helful all the time, they remember their customers, not only the parents but little ones as well; no problems with exchange whatsoever. All the best kids dresses for Eid I get for kids from Sergent Major!
This medical centre is one of the best. Patients care is good, staff is polite and ready to answer your questions any time, you get complete information on the phone. I go there to the gynecologist and must say she is professional and excellent specialist. The only disadvantage is that you cannot take an appointment with her, you just come and wait your turn. The waiting area is very comfortable though, with a TV and nice sofa set, coffee and tea available for self-service on the table. About 4 years ago I also went there for my baby daughter ear-piercing and my impression was positive as well.
Location is convenient on the Defense road close to Al Saada Bakery and Union Bank, with large parking space. I would definitely recommend the centre.
I love this place, it has very good variety of dishes for any taste, we usually dine there with kids and they like it. Sushi are great and not that expensive, if you do not like one type you can ask to change it for another one and the staff is always happy to assist you, they are very polite. Tempura ice-cream is the one you must try. The only minus is the location, which is actually not bad, but all the TCA in Abu Dhabi now is under construction, so it's not "Samurai"s fault. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
