Ibn Battuta Mall is not just a mall, it’s a tourist landmark since it’s built with the theme of 6 countries (India, China, Andalusia, and more) that Ibn Battuta visited during his journey.
While walking in the mall, you will find features explaining something about ibn battuta’s life.
Near the beach you can have a great walk where you can find a lot of restaurants, cafes, and stalls. You will stuck in a traffic jam for sure, and difficulty to find a parking especially in the evenings and weekends.
Well if you are a cat’s lover, this is a place to go!! Seriously you will find a lot of cats walking around you and under the tables which was the reason why I left before ordering anything!! Without this issue it’s a nice, calm place (sometimes they have someone to sing) with a nice view, it’s not on the main street but there is signs to get there easily.
One of the biggest malls in dubai, it has everything from shopping (fashion, furniture, electronics, Grocery ), entertainment (Magic Planet which is an indoor family entertainment center and Ski Dubai , cinemas), Food (Restaurants, Cafes, Fast Food), and hotels.
Located in the middle of the desert and surrounded by amazing natural desert landscape, Bab Al Shams was built in an Arabian decoration with water features.
I went there in November and set in there lounge, the weather was good and the service was great.
Ps: Make sure to fill the fuel tank before heading to this place, and if you need fuel you can ask Bab Al Shams staff and they will provide you with some.
it's a clean restaurant which has a small, nice, calm outdoor sitting area, and a bar table inside. I tried the Philly chicken, it was very tasty, the meal came with onion rings, french fries and soda for 4.30 Jd, very good prices and service. I went to it once and will be going back definitely.
It's a nice, calm restaurant, where u can find good food with good prices. the place has a nice decor and a great outdoor terrace. very good service and helpful staff, we had kids with us and the staff was very friendly with them.
nice place for breakfast, small, calm, and cozy. I tried the blueberry waffle, it was very good and I’ve been told that the omelet is good as well, the service is great and they keep checking if you need coffee refill or anything else. It’s hard to park in front of the shop but there is parking nearby.
IKEA is the place to go if you are looking for a good quality and low price home or office furniture. the goods display is amazing as they divide the store to sections (kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms,..) and each section display the goods as themes which can give you great decoration ideas of how to use the product you will buy. you can get the catalogue and ask the employee for a particular thing you want, the customer service is great.
For 10 Dhs for the entrance ticket you can find the entire world in one place. Shopping, shows, food, amusement games. you can find a lot of stuff from each country culture, and it's fun for the whole family.
Sega republic is an amazing indoor amusement park with a lot of games from simulators to classic games, its fun for the whole family. I recommend the simulator games.
You can buy the entrance card for 3 Dhs and charge it with the credit amount of your choice every time you go there (this credit will be used to pay for games), Or you can buy other entrance cards that you will use once to play specific games.
Located on the ground floor of Dubai Mall, one of the largest aquariums in the world which contains a wide collection of aquatic animals from fishes and Sharks.
For 55 Dhs you can enter the Aquarium Tunnel and enjoy the view. in your way out they take a picture for you and if you want you can buy it.
The place is nice, service is excellent, the staffs are so polite and friendly, the menu has a variety of options to choose from, I tried their Shawerma and "Everyday Mardakoosh Salad with Akkawi cheese", everything was tasty and well presented. While waiting the food, they served us juice shots, they also served us the dessert as a welcoming, the Marshmallow Cake was very delicious. The prices are very reasonable.
The place is nice I loved the decoration, it's full of antiques. There is an outdoor seating either in the terraces or the small garden which is on the street, and indoor seating.
They have a daily dish, and a regular menu. But I went there for Ramadan Iftar. First, they served soup and some appetizers, then a buffet of different kind of food (Kubbeh Labanyeh, Mansaf, Kuftah, Freekeh bel jaj and others), Ramadan drinks (Tamr Hindi, Kharoub, Qamareldein), and Qatayef and Aish al saraya for dessert, the food was good but I liked the appetizers more!
The place was crowded, but I think most of restaurants are so during Ramadan, although it’s crowded, the service was good and the staffs are polite.
They served the Soda in the old glass bottles, which is consistent with the antique theme they have :)
It’s a nice quiet place, I tried the American coffee it was good, and the 7aloum sandwich with Zattar bread was great. The menu has variety options of sandwiches, sweets, and drinks. The service was good a little bit slow and prices are reasonable. There is an outdoor & indoor seating, they serve Shisha at their outside terrace.
