I just thought it would be worth mentioning that I'm always a little bit annoyed at restaurants that close during late afternoon/evening. Whether that has anything to do with keeping up quality and appearances, I'm not sure.
But late lunches are not an option so much as an early dinner!
Still, the food is good, and the service always comes with a smile. And if the weather allows, outdoor seating is spectacular!

Nice place to hang out. Nice sea view and good sea food.
Prices are reasonable for the quality you get. The service is a little slow in the afternoon, but if you get their attention early on, they'll pick up the slack.
Has a good selection of both seafood and international fusion (meat, chicken or vegetarian - Italian, Indian or Arabic!)

One of the Best Thing about it, Is Named after the famous discoverer Vasco da Gama
The specialty is the Chicken. Char grilled Portuguese style. Which is Delicious
A variety of Banquet selections are also available.
Relaxing atmosphere with Spectacular views
However if you stick to the simpler things (Lobster, Sea Bass, Hammiour etc) and to the straightforward preparation (grilled) then it can be tasty and agreeable.
In Short Will Rate 65-70% and would recommend to Friends and Relatives

This is simply a great place for seafood - and it's basically what you would expect out of the Hiltonia and has a nice outdoor view on the sea.
They also have a strange international dishes for anyone not there for the fish!
